Spend a Summer Saturday with Me at Airy Acres Vineyard on Saturday July 25th!

Summer weekends in the Finger Lakes are meant to be spent outdoors, and I can't think of a better way to enjoy one than with live music, local wine, and beautiful vineyard views. That's why I'm excited to invite you to join me at Airy Acres Vineyard on Saturday, July 25 at 2:30 PM.

One of my favorite things about performing around the Finger Lakes is that every venue has its own personality, and Airy Acres has one that's hard not to love. The vineyard sits among rolling hills with incredible views that immediately encourage you to slow down and enjoy the afternoon. Whether you're planning a day of winery hopping or simply looking for a relaxing place to spend a few hours, it's the perfect destination.

When I play at wineries, I always notice how quickly people settle into the moment. The conversations become easier, the pace slows, and everyone seems to leave the stress of the week behind. That's exactly what I hope my music adds to the experience. I want my songs to create the soundtrack for an afternoon that's memorable not because it's rushed or packed with activities, but because it's simple, genuine, and shared with good company.

If you've never heard me perform before, my music is rooted in storytelling. Folk music has always been about bringing people together through stories that feel timeless. Some of my songs are inspired by the places I've traveled, others come from conversations I've had with interesting people, and many celebrate the hardworking spirit that still defines so many communities across America. Every performance is a little different because I enjoy sharing the stories behind the songs as much as I enjoy playing them.

I love looking out into the audience and seeing people connect with a lyric or laugh at a story between songs. That's one of the biggest reasons I continue performing live. Music has a way of turning strangers into neighbors, even if it's only for an afternoon.

Of course, the setting makes a difference too.

The Finger Lakes has become one of the premier wine regions in the United States, and it's easy to understand why once you've spent time exploring it. The combination of deep glacial lakes, rolling vineyards, and a climate that's ideal for growing grapes has helped create wines that are recognized well beyond New York. Every winery offers its own interpretation of the region, making each stop a little different from the last.

Whenever friends visit from out of town, one of the first things I recommend is spending a day exploring Finger Lakes wineries. It's not just about tasting great wine, it's about meeting the people behind it. Vineyard owners and winemakers pour years of dedication into every vintage, and you can taste that commitment in every glass. Supporting local wineries also means supporting local agriculture, family businesses, and the communities that make this region so special.

Airy Acres Vineyard is one of those places where you can truly appreciate that connection. It's a welcoming atmosphere where people come together to celebrate good wine, beautiful scenery, and local music. That's something I always enjoy being part of.

When I perform, I want the music to complement the experience rather than compete with it. My goal isn't simply to fill the air with songs. It's to create an atmosphere where friends can catch up, couples can enjoy a relaxing afternoon together, and families can make new memories while surrounded by the beauty of the Finger Lakes.

If you've been following my journey online, you probably know me from my videos about cowboy boots, craftsmanship, and Western culture. While those videos have introduced me to people around the world, live music remains my first creative passion. There's nothing quite like standing in front of an audience and sharing songs that have grown out of my own experiences. Every performance reminds me why I started writing music in the first place.

Summer only lasts so long, and weekends like this are worth making time for. Whether you're planning to spend the entire day exploring wineries or simply stopping by for an afternoon, I'd love to have you join us.

Bring your friends, bring your family, or surprise someone with an afternoon date in the Finger Lakes. Order a flight to sample something new, find your favorite bottle, settle into a chair overlooking the vineyard, and let yourself enjoy a slower pace for a while. Life gives us plenty of reasons to stay busy, but afternoons like these remind us how valuable it is to pause and appreciate where we are.

I hope you'll come out to Airy Acres Vineyard on Saturday, July 25 at 2:30 PM. Together we'll celebrate everything that makes summer in the Finger Lakes so memorable, beautiful vineyards, outstanding local wine, friendly faces, and live folk music that tells stories you'll carry home with you.

I can't wait to spend the afternoon with you. See you at the vineyard!
