Finally, I have my new recording studio set up the way I want it and stocked full of new instruments and some of my old standbys. This is the largest area I've ever had at my disposal to record and it's called The Crow's Nest.
Not only am I able to fit a large upright piano in The Crow's Nest but I'm also able to have my large speakers set up at all times to help me through the mixing and mastering process of my recordings.
There's also a lot of opportunity with the two rooms in The Crow's Nest as well. There's the main large area which has high ceilings that makes some great room reverb and a smaller room attached which has a lower ceiling and completely different acoustics.
The Crow's Nest is no where near sound proof so much of the surrounding area does bleed into the studio including the sound of crow calls which are very abundant in this region.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy the video tour I made and I also hope you enjoy some of the "Made in The Crow's Nest" music that I will be releasing.
